Uneven as hell but not without merit, Tenet is probably a fucking incredible 90 minute action movie. I don’t understand why the film has so much exposition if it is deliberately supposed to be difficult to follow. The movie’s quintessential line is in my mind “you have to stop thinking linearly”, but to get there required no small amount of people explaining what was happening in a very linear fashion. If its supposed to be a puzzle box, don’t explain the puzzle box to me in between the actual interesting scenes. If I’m not supposed to watch this with subtitles on, make the talking matter less and take less time!

I could probably watch the airport scene on a loop for hours though.
