Interesting little read on some FP history, and some interesting discussion about what an ideal foreign policy making apparatus would look like for a 21st century democracy. One cannot escape the feeling that the public Dewey imagined in the 1920s was an ideal that our society should still be striving for, despite the complete lack of credibility the idea could hold.
